We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a payment has been completed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us in writing at [email protected] at least five (5) business days before the event date.
All payments are processed securely via Genius Digital Commerce Limited, and this is the name that will appear on your card or bank statement.
